1. Could I print my own brand /logo on the eyeshadow?
Sure, MOQ is 100 PCS.
2. Can I customize formulation, scents and colors?
Yes, If you have a formula list with ingredients that's much easier
for you or you can send us the sample direclty to match .If not,
for formula and smells, you can provide suggestions, for colors,
you can select from our color charts.
3. If got broken powders in my products . What should I do?
Generally, eyeshadow is easy broken products ,so 1%-3% broken rates
are normal ,hope you could understand ,and we are trying to pack
every goods well and safe.
But if you found the broken palette are exceed the regular rates
,please take all the pics and videos within 3 days after goods
arrival. And we will report and apply the compensate for you at
your next order.
4. Do you test on animals?
Our products are 100% cruelty-free. We never test products on
animals.
5. Why do the eyeshadow colors look different than the photos
online ?
There are many factors that could slightly change the color of your
palette when compared to the online photo. This includes your
computer monitor settings, lighting, and sometimes even personal
preferences .
